• Sell or share user data without explicit permission
• Create applications that track users without their knowledge
• Fail to implement appropriate security measures for sensitive data

3.6 Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform

• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure with excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

• Promote gambling or unregulated financial schemes
• Facilitate the sale of illegal substances, weapons, or controlled items

4. Responsible AI Use

When using Episolo's AI-powered code generation features, you should:

• Review and test all AI-generated code before deploying to production
• Ensure generated code complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to trick or manipulate the AI into generating prohibited content
• Be aware that AI-generated code may contain errors or vulnerabilities
• Take responsibility for the applications you create, regardless of how they were generated

Remember that while Episolo provides powerful AI tools, you remain responsible for the applications you build and deploy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or applications that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

All reports will be kept confidential. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning: A formal warning about the violation
• Content Removal: Takedown of applications or content that violate this policy
• Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of access to your account
• Account Termination: Permanent closure of your account
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies for serious violations

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, whether it's a repeat offense, and the harm caused to other users or third parties.

We reserve the right to take immediate action, including account termination, for serious violations without prior warning.

7. Appeals Process

If you believe your account or content was restricted in error, you may appeal the decision:

• Submit an appeal to appeals@episolo.com within 30 days of the action
• Provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
• Include any supporting evidence or context

We will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision after review is final.
